In anticipation of future growth, Zekiah Technologies has added Dr. Joseph V. Homan to its executive leadership team. Dr. Homan joins as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and brings nearly 30 years of experience in government contracting to the position. Sharon Litteral has joined the firm as a GIS Engineer, supporting the U.S. Northern Command in Norfolk, VA. She brings with her strong technical and project management skills and has worked as an Oracle Database Administrator/Programmer, with experience managing and customizing ArcSDE and ArcIMS using C++ and ASP.
