Mr. Zumstein will be managing Zekiah’s project team with the Maryland State Highway Administration as well as consulting on a geospatial project to support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA.

In anticipation of future growth, Zekiah Technologies has added Dr. Joseph V. Homan to its executive leadership team. Dr. Homan joins as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and brings nearly 30 years of experience in government contracting to the position. Zekiah is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Mahaffey to the position of Vice President. Mr. Mahaffey will be managing Zekiah’s new contract at the Department of Homeland Security in Arlington, VA.
Zekiah Technologies has promoted Ms. Meredith Mayes from Associate to Senior Engineer. As a Senior Engineer she will be responsible for establishing technical standards and evaluating new technologies and approaches. As a senior staff member she will use her expertise in the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to mentor junior technical staff, assist with product development and enhance Zekiah’s GIS service offerings. Sharon Litteral has joined the firm as a GIS Engineer, supporting the U.S. Northern Command in Norfolk, VA. She brings with her strong technical and project management skills and has worked as an Oracle Database Administrator/Programmer, with experience managing and customizing ArcSDE and ArcIMS using C++ and ASP.
