Designed and built a Standards Repository for the DoD SDSFIE. Designed/ programmed all related software including Web Tools and Management Tools. Web Tools are Browser (to view the standard), Generator (to create standards compliant data schemas), Validater (to validate level of compliance with user datasets against the standard), Adapter (to permit profiling and extension of the standard IAW with DoD guidance), and Migrator (to assist users in migrating data from one version/schema to another). Host the repository and all Web Tools on a Web/Data Server. Provide on-line Training and a Training Web Site for user ‘practice’. Manage and operate the SDSFIE Help Desk for questions regarding model content, prior release software toolbox issues, and Web Tool.

The Laser Weapons System (LaWS) is a directed energy weapon whose intended use is ship defense against drones or small-boat attackers. It utilizes a solid-state infrared beam which can be tuned to high output to destroy the target or low output to warn or cripple the sensors of the target. The current phase is the Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) which is focused on developing the tactical console that integrates and controls the multiple components supporting LaWS.
