Service Desk Person (Ops Center Support)

Experienced in providing customer service and user assistance in a technical operations center? Zekiah could be the right fit for you! We are looking for someone to provide Operations Center support for one of our current contracts. After training period, partial telework will be possible.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to provide user support at a technical operations center service desk. This can include any/all of the following:

  • Supplying user technical support for multiple web-enabled applications, including SharePoint.
  • Writing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) materials and capturing user/system metrics.
  • Assist with user troubleshooting in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and other relevant web/system applications.

Position Requirements

  • Three (3) years’ experience in providing customer service and user assistance in a technical operations center
  • Three (3) years’ experience in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Two (2) years’ experience using a Microsoft SharePoint Site
  • Two (2) years’ experience in computer troubleshooting and support
  • Security + CE
  • A+
  • CCNA
  • Network +
  • U.S. Citizen with DOD Security Clearance

* All certs must be CE, even the Good For Life certifications.
