Our Thanks to Our Service Members During Military Appreciation Month

Zekiah employees and their family members will be honoring the military this month. Bringing flags to the resting places of those who have served is just one way to honor our service members.

In honor of Military Appreciation Month, Zekiah Technologies would like to take a moment to thank the service men and women who have fought to uphold our citizens’ rights and luxuries. If you have a service member in your life or see one as you go about your day this month, a thank you or quiet show of respect is generally warmly appreciated.

May was designated Military Appreciation Month in 1999 by Congress in order to encourage American appreciation for our troops, past and present. Notable days through this month include May 1, Loyalty Day (formerly Americanization Day); May 6, Military Spouse Appreciation Day; May 8, Victory in Europe (VE) Day; May 21, Armed Forces Day; and May 31, Memorial Day.

However you choose to observe this month, remember to appreciate all that we as a country have as a result of these brave men and women.
