Lori Sinclair Joins Zekiah’s Administrative Team

Zekiah Technologies, Inc. is pleased to welcome Lori Sinclair to our Administrative team! Lori is a true Southern Maryland native. She was born on a tobacco farm in Allen’s Fresh, a remarkable tidal marsh at the southern end of the Zekiah Swamp Natural Environmental Area, from which Zekiah takes its name. She still resides in the Southern Maryland area and has raised two children here with her husband of 25 years. Lori graduated from the University of Maryland (UMD), College Park, with a degree in Business. After nearly a decade in the workforce, she eventually took time away to raise her sons, one of which recently joined her as an alumnus of UMD.

When not working, Lori enjoys the beach, snow skiing, and reading, but she is happiest at home on the couch watching Netflix with her loved ones and animals. COVID-19 presented a challenge for Lori, forcing staffing changes at her previous company of nearly 10 years. Fortunately for Zekiah, this meant she was able to join our team. Lori said, “I’m so thankful during this crazy time to have the opportunity with Zekiah.” Lori’s supervisor, Jule Thorne, said, “I am delighted to have Lori join us to provide the Admin team with the assistance needed to support Zekiah in our planned growth. Her experience and knowledge will be a welcome contribution to the Zekiah team.” Welcome aboard, Lori!
