Daniel Bowling has helped in leading the organization since 1999. He is a lead web systems engineer, and has developed numerous innovative system designs that have enabled clients to rapidly transition sensor integration, analytical modeling and data management environments to the collaborative web technologies. Some organizations that he has developed systems for include: Joint Warfare Analysis Center, Mission Assurance Division – Dahlgren, United States Secret Service and the Counter-Narco Terrorism Program Office.

Mr. Bowling created and led the web systems team for Booz Allen and Hamilton (BAH) supporting NAVAIR and the Patuxent River Naval Station. Within BAH, he developed systems supporting NAVAIR, Special Communications Requirements, White House Communications and Critical Infrastructure Assessment – Joint Program Office.

Mr. Bowling worked for Citicorp for eight years developing analytical models supporting revenue and pricing analysis. He also led development of web based banking within the multi-national organization.

Mr. Bowling is a graduate of Towson State University, with B.S. degree in Business Administration – Finance.
